To record credit card transactions, wagnerbois.com uses Payzen, a highly secure payment solution for e-commerce, created by Lyra Network.
Payment is made via the highly secure Payzen interface of our payment partner Lyra Network. After entering your credit card information, a secure exchange is established with the bank servers to verify the transaction.
If your transaction is accepted, your order is registered and you receive two emails: payment confirmation and order confirmation.
A request to debit your bank account will then be sent to your bank within 24 hours.

The largest banking networks (Groupe Banque Populaire, Groupe Crédit Agricole, CNCE, HSBC, Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, Banque Postale), credit networks (Cofinoga, Cetelem, ), oil networks (Total) and retail networks (Casino, Monoprix, Leclerc, Carrefour) have chosen Lyra Network for the routing, management and supervision of their electronic payment flows.

All online credit card payments are made via the Secure Socket Layer security system, which encrypts your bank details as they are transmitted to secure bank servers.

The Payzen payment solution also incorporates an additional layer of security through the 3D Secure payment protocol. This protocol was developed by Visa and Mastercard to combat e-commerce fraud, and ensures that the buyer is indeed the cardholder.

It is added to the Visual Cryptogram check required when entering bank details. Once this step has been validated, the Internet user is redirected to a page of his bank called ACS (Access Control Server), where he will be asked for an additional personal code unrelated to the payment card. Each bank has its own procedure. You can check with your bank exactly how the 3D Secure protocol works for your payment card.

Payment by bank transfer

– Your bank transfer must be made in step 5 (Payment) after clicking on “I confirm my order”. Your order will only be processed once we have received your transfer.
