Description

Delivery conditions as close as possible to the storage place

-Slope lower than 7%.

-No step of staircase.

-Drop off on lawns if authorized by the delivery person.

-The pallet is not removed for storage on the floor or in the cellar.

–ATTENTION, we come with a heavy vehicle, thank you to check that the access for a vehicle of 19T and a width of 2.5m is possible. In case of prohibition of access for a heavy vehicle, please contact us so that we can see with your town hall to obtain an access authorization.

In spite of its capacities of crossing, our all-terrain pallet truck with its load, cannot roll on soft grounds or muddy grounds.

In case of impossible access to your storage place, and with your agreement, our delivery man can deposit your pallet in a suitable area such as a yard, a sidewalk or on the roadside.

In case of impossibility of delivery due to an access problem of which you would not have informed us, the order is cancelled and charges apply as stipulated in our general conditions of sale.
